Our History

2008.04

Renaissance Consulting was established in Shanghai, providing ERP solutions for industries of life sciences, chemicals, and food.

2010

Roche, Hengrui, and GE became the first customers in life sciences and chemicals, laying a solid foundation for the company development.

2012.03

Launched the first generation of life sciences digital platform OwlTrust 1.0 in Shanghai, and won the first batch of customers running on.

2016

Based on OwlTrust platform, we have launched complete digital quality compliance solutions including DMS, TMS, QMS and PVS.

2018.09

Hippocrates was established and acquired Renaissance Consulting, creating a solution loop of digital products and digital services.

2019

Received angel round investment from Ennovation Ventures.

2020-2021

Established subsidiaries in Zhejiang, Nanjing, Guangdong, and Wuhan, with a service network covering the whole country.
