Amid the digital transformation and high-quality development of the pharmaceutical industry, Traditional Chinese Medicine Division of Livzon Group entered into in-depth strategic cooperation with Shanghai Hippocrates Health Technology to launch the DMS & TMS digital construction project.

The hybrid on-site and online kick-off meeting marks a milestone for Livzon’s TCM division in digital production operation and standardized compliance management. By building a group-based digital management system, it consolidates the compliance foundation for four major production and operation entities in Sichuan and Guangdong, enabling intelligent and refined development of Livzon’s TCM business.

01 Project Background

As Livzon Group’s core TCM business segment, the TCM Division focuses on TCM superior diseases such as oncology rehabilitation, respiratory, pediatric and geriatric conditions. It advances R&D of Class 1 new TCM in-hospital preparations and classical formula medicines, with flagship products including Shenqi Fuzheng Injection and Antiviral Granules enjoying high market reputation.

Its industrial layout covers four key entities: Sichuan Guangda Pharmaceutical, Livzon Limin Pharmaceutical Factory and two subordinate medicinal material companies. Guangda owns a nationally leading fully automated closed granule production line covering 9 dosage forms.

With business expansion and rising regulatory requirements, traditional document and training management can no longer meet the demands of group-wide unified governance, multi-site standardized operation and full-process compliance control. Pain points such as low document circulation efficiency, inconsistent training systems and difficult compliance traceability require digital resolution.

Covering all four entities, the DMS/TMS project builds a high-standard group digital system to realize full-lifecycle standardized document management and unified staff training, empowering compliant operation and higher operational efficiency.

02 Project Kick-off Meeting

Livzon and Hippocrates jointly held the project kick-off ceremony with core teams from both sides attending. Participants reached consensus on implementation schedule, key milestones including blueprint design, verification launch and delivery acceptance, and established a long-term collaborative management mechanism.

Hippocrates released service commitments on optimal resource allocation, professional delivery and full-process quality assurance. Leaders announced the official project launch to unite synergy.
